Membership

The first means of connecting with us at FBC is filling out our connection card. Whether you visit on Sunday mornings or drop by the office during the week; we ask that anyone pursuing membership fill out a little information. This card allows us a way to know  who is seeking membership or looking for other ways to connect to ministry and community throughout the church. 

The next step of connecting with us as a future member is to set up a time to meet with one of our pastors. Once you complete the information on our connect card one of our pastors will contact you within the week to set up a time to discuss church membership and answer any questions you may have. 

Our membership classes are designed to inform prospective members about our core values, our statement of faith, and a biblical understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all followers of Christ who seek to become members. To learn more about these classes please call and speak to one of our Pastors on staff. 

One of the best ways for new members to get connected in our community of faith is through service. We believe that every new member has a vital role to play in the kingdom of God; therefore it is our desire to use each members God given gifts to bless the church and to reach the lost as we all strive to become fully devoted followers of Christ. 

We are a body of believers who seek to connect to the word of God and the people of God as we walk down the path of becoming fully devoted followers of Christ. 

We are located in Cleveland, Mississippi but our members can be found serving God's kingdom locally on College Campuses and the Women's Resource Center;  nationally in Boston and Orlando, and internationally as far as  Kenya and Nicaragua. 

Our members believe firmly in the inerrancy, infallibility, and ministry  of the word of God and our statement of faith is the Baptist Faith and Message.
